A portfolio, not one bet
The package builds many listings across products, customer intentions and opportunities so learning is spread across a portfolio.
Invest with us
A 12-month managed Etsy listing subscription built around a portfolio strategy—not a promise of revenue.
You provide the agreed package capital. We research, create, launch, manage and optimise the listings using experience-led best practices. Each month we learn what is working, what is not and where stronger signals are emerging—then we concentrate effort on the most promising opportunities.

The model
This is a time-limited commercial programme with a defined package, aligned incentives, monthly reporting and no guarantee of revenue or profit.
The package builds many listings across products, customer intentions and opportunities so learning is spread across a portfolio.
Our experience and marketplace best practices have helped us refine how we research, test, diagnose and scale listings.
The agreed profit split aligns both sides. We benefit when the portfolio produces distributable net profit—not simply when listings are published.
The subscription lasts 12 months. At the end, you may apply to resubscribe and continue with the portfolio.
How it works
Every listing moves through a repeatable process: research, launch, measurement, diagnosis and focused optimisation.
We assess niches, customer intent, products, keywords, demand and competition.
We build the agreed listing portfolio, including titles, tags, descriptions and images, then launch it.
We collect data on impressions, visits, clicks, orders, revenue and direct costs.
We review every listing and decide whether to improve it, keep testing it or remove it.
We create more evidence-led opportunities around listings that demonstrate stronger commercial potential.
We calculate distributable net profit and provide a clear monthly performance report.

The process is built to keep learning throughout the full 12-month subscription; it improves the opportunity but cannot guarantee results.
The portfolio formula
There is no guaranteed revenue. The advantage is a repeatable, experience-led process that gives us more opportunities to learn, improve and scale the strongest evidence.

We study demand, customer intent, products, competition, keywords and commercial fit before committing listing capacity.
If you win, we win too.Our return is linked to the agreed share of distributable net profit, so the incentive is to improve the portfolio—not merely publish it.

How the saving is calculated: each package is compared with the 500-listing starter rate of $5 per listing. The saving is the lower effective rate already included in the package capital—not a separate cash rebate.
Illustrative profit example
Change the example monthly revenue and costs to see how distributable net profit would be divided. This is a calculator, not a forecast.
If the same example repeated for 12 months, the illustrative investor share would be $43,200. This is not a projection: actual revenue, costs and profit can vary and are never guaranteed.

This page explains the operating model. Final responsibilities, payment timing, cost rules and profit-sharing terms are set out in a signed agreement.
It is a 12-month managed listing subscription. The portfolio is operated, reviewed and reported on monthly. At the end of the term, you may apply to resubscribe for another period. Package capital and payment timing are confirmed in the signed agreement.
No. The subscription does not transfer company ownership, shares or ownership of an Etsy account. It funds the agreed listing programme and provides the agreed share of distributable net profit during the term.
No. Revenue and profit are never guaranteed. Results depend on demand, competition, product-market fit, pricing, platform conditions and execution. Our process is designed to improve the opportunity by building a portfolio, following best practices, learning from real data and concentrating effort on the strongest performers.
Our operating experience has helped us refine a repeatable formula: research demand, launch at portfolio scale, measure buyer behaviour, identify what is and is not working, improve promising listings and expand around the strongest signals. Past experience informs the process, but it does not guarantee future results.
Revenue is reduced by agreed direct project costs, including product costs, marketplace and payment fees, advertising, refunds, approved tools and listing-management costs. The exact cost policy is written into the agreement.
We use performance data to improve, reposition or remove weak listings and allocate more effort to stronger opportunities.
The subscription does not renew automatically. We review the portfolio and, if both sides want to continue, you can resubscribe, change the package or conclude the programme.
This page is an invitation to discuss a commercial listing subscription, not a guarantee of income or returns. Capital is at risk and examples are illustrative only. Availability is subject to review, due diligence and a separate signed agreement. Prospective participants should obtain independent legal, tax and financial advice.
